1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating a bacan4 Account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Create only one Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
• Notify bacan4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid identification documents when requested.

2.3 Account Restrictions

bacan4 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion if we believe:

• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration.
• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• You have attempted to circumvent our security measures or manipulate our systems.
• Your account activity indicates problem gambling behavior requiring intervention.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

bacan4 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other approved banks.
• E-wallet services: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other approved digital wallets.
• Other payment methods as may be added from time to time at bacan4's discretion.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. bacan4 does not charge transaction fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Players may request withdrawals of their Account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or payment methods registered in the Player's own name.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on verification status, payment method, and VIP tier.
• bacan4 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• All bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

10. Amendments to Terms

bacan4 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of bacan4 services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 11. Account Closure and Termination

Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's registered bank account after deducting any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements. bacan4 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraud prevention, or any other reason deemed necessary for the protection of our business and other Players.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Indonesia, and Players hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
